Intern Process and Portfolio Analytics (m/w/d)

We are on the lookout for an innovative and driven Intern Process and Portfolio Analytics (m/w/d) in full time/fixed term to elevate our refurbished e-bike segment to new heights. If you are fascinated by the idea of automating core processes, especially through advanced image processing and data mining for product data, we want you on our team!

These are your tasks with us:

Business Requirements: Work closely with the procurement operations team to understand the processes and independently set-up to improve both, day-to-day operations as well as long-term process.
Support the procurement department with ad-hoc tasks, own optimisation projects (e.g. optimisation of specific process flows & critical decisions)
Continuous Improvement: You are continuously maximising efficiency, stability and automation of your Sourcing processes.
Product and Inventory Management: Responsible for managing and optimising the product portfolio. You ensure effective warehouse and inventory management
Reporting & Analysis: You are developing all relevant analysis for internal stakeholders.

Your Profile:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business informatics or similar.
Avaliability for 4-6 months (or longer) in full-time.
Team player, strong communication- and presentation skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
Energetic and engaging with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude; a problem solver.
Can clearly communicate the story of the numbers.
Able to challenge all areas of activity, especially elements that ‘have always been done’ and recommend new approaches.
Strong problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL, Python is plus.
Language: Fluency in English; German is a plus.
