Wenn du genauso wie wir dafür brennst die Mobilität von morgen nachhaltiger zu gestalten, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung für unser Logistik Team im Ersatzteillager in Kempten als Teamlead Logistik und Ersatzteillager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit
Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Führung des 25-Köpfigen Lagerteams
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten Wareneingangs inkl. Qualitätsprüfung, Buchungen und Einlagerung
- Planung und Steuerung der Materialbereitstellung (Kanban, Kommissionierung, innerbetriebliche Transporte)
- Bestandsmanagement: Inventuren, Abweichungsanalysen und Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Lagerlayouts, FIFO/FEFO-Routen und Sicherheitsbeständen
- Kennzahlensteuerung (z. B. Picking-Produktivität, Inventurdifferenzen, Lagerumschlag) & Reporting
- Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung & Sauberkeit (5S) konsequent vorantreiben
- Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung (Lean/Kaizen) sowie ERP-/Scanner-Workflows optimieren
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Logistik-/Technikumfeld, gerne auch mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Logistikmeister:in) oder vergleichbar
- Fahrrad-know-how wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Lagerlogistik/Materialwirtschaft in einem produzierenden Umfeld
- Erste Führungserfahrung in der Schicht- oder Teamleitung
- Sicher im Umgang mit ERP/WMS und MDE/Scannerprozessen (z. B. Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics...)
- Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch; Englisch von Vorteil
- Staplerschein wünschenswert
