Wir suchen dich!
Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zu unserem E-Bike Angebot in deutscher und ggf. englischer Sprache
- Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft z. B. bei der Lieferung neuer E-Bikes oder bei Aufbau neuer Store Konzepte
- Du unterstützt beim verkehrssicheren Aufbau unserer neuen E-Bikes
- Du übernimmst kleinere Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an E-Bikes
- Du kümmerst dich bei Bedarf um die Auslieferung der bestellten E-Bikes
- Du pflegst alle Vorgänge in unsere moderne Datenbank ein (digitale Dokumentation)
Dein Profil:
- Erfahrung im Einzel- oder Großhandel, Mitarbeiter:in im Verkauf oder in Beratungstätigkeiten
- Leidenschaft für Service, Verkauf sowie Freude an der Beratung von Kunden
- Verständnis oder Erfahrungen im Umgang mit E-Bikes von Vorteil
- MS Office Kenntnisse
