Seit 2018 schenken wir gebrauchten E-Bikes ein zweites Leben. Im Allgäu betreiben wir Europas modernstes Refurbishment-Zentrum. Rund 200 Rebikern pushen gemeinsam die Mobilitätswende – mit Teamgeist, echter Wertschätzung und spannende Einblicke in ein spanenndes E-Commere Start-Up-Unternehmen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports, Dashboards und monatlichen Auswertungen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Excel-basierten Planungs- und Analysetools
- Aufbereitung von Finanzkennzahlen für interne Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Mitarbeit bei Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderauswertungen
- Einsatz moderner KI-Tools zur Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung im Reporting
Dein Profil:
Fachliche Grundlage
- Laufendes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Grundkenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und Controlling: sicherer Umgang mit GuV, Bilanz und Kapitalflussrechnung
- Verständnis der Deckungsbeitragsrechnung, Target Costing und Prozesskostenrechnung und deren Anwendung im unternehmerischen Kontext
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Tools & Technologie
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot, komplexe Formeln, idealerweise Power Query)
- Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint für die Aufbereitung von Analysen und Präsentationen
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) und deren Anwendung im Arbeitsalltag
