Um unsere gemeinsamen Ziele verwirklichen zu können, suchen wir Dich zur Verstärkung unseres kreativen Business Development Teams in München als Praktikant:in Business Development (m/w/d) in Vollzeit/befristet.

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Eigene Projekte vorantreiben: Bei uns darfst du vom ersten Tag an eigene Projekte betreuen - von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei geht es sowohl um das Vorantreiben der Internationalisierung von Rebike, als auch um neue Geschäftsfelder.
Expansion und Kooperationen: Du unterstützt bei der Expansion in neue Städte sowie Länder und hilfst dabei, neue Kooperationspartner für Rebike zu gewinnen.
Von anderen Teams lernen: Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kollegen (m/w/d) in einem interdisziplinären Projektteam (Einkauf, Performance Marketing, Werkstatt) zusammen und gelangst durch die Einbeziehung der verschiedenen Blickwinkel zu besten Ergebnissen.
Beim Daily Business unterstützen: Du bereitest Reportings für den Projektleiter vor und hilfst aktiv mit, die täglichen Herausforderungen zu meistern.
Prozesse optimieren: Du analysierst und hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse kritisch und leitest Maßnahmen zur Optimierung und Effizienzsteigerung ab.
Documentation is the Key: Du dokumentierst das Wissen und die Informationen, die während der Projekte entstehen so, dass auch andere in Zukunft davon profitieren können und keine Fragen offen bleiben.

Dein Profil:

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium und studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel und PowerPoint)
Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache auf muttersprachlichen Niveau und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Du arbeitest vorausschauend, selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert
Du hast möglichst zeitnah Zeit und stehst uns für mind. 4, vorzugsweise 6 Monate zur Verfügung

In order to realize our common goals, we are looking for you to strengthen our creative business development team in Munich as an intern in business development (m/f/d) on a full-time/permanent basis.

These are your tasks with us:

Drive your own projects forward: With us, you get to manage your own projects from day one - from idea to implementation. This involves driving the internationalization of Rebike as well as new business areas.
Expansion and cooperations: You support the expansion into new cities as well as countries and help to win new cooperation partners for Rebike.
Learning from other teams: You work closely with experienced colleagues (m/f/d) in an interdisciplinary project team (purchasing, performance marketing, workshop) and achieve the best results by incorporating the different perspectives.
Support in daily business: You prepare reports for the project manager and actively help to master the daily challenges.
Optimize processes: You critically analyze and scrutinize existing processes and derive measures to optimize and increase efficiency.
Documentation is Key: You document the knowledge and information that is created during projects so that others can benefit from it in the future and no questions remain unanswered.

Your Profile:

You have a bachelor's degree and are studying economics or a comparable course of study
You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
You are a native speaker of German and have a very good command of English
You work in a forward-looking, independent, reliable and structured manner
You are available for at least 4, preferably 6 months.
